The Sarda Dairy and Food Products Limited has outsourced the development of this mobile app and has given the rights to use icon, images related to Sarda Dairy and Food Products Limited to ALLSOFT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED. Please NOTE that This SERVICE is provided by ALLSOFT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED at no cost and is intended for as is and is being provided for and on behalf of Sarda Dairy and Food Products Limited.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ( "DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized . As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

 

DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our mobile application or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, telephone number, to any outside sources. It is important we share these details as Government Officers working on and responsible for the area may contact you with an intention to gain more details and hence work towards resolving the issue. Other than the officials who are assigned to resolve your issue, only people we authoriseauthorize to view the app interface will be able to see your name, address, telephone etc and they will never use it for anything other than to help administer. In particular, all the information will be held in encrypted form and the communication channels for accessing the portal and transfer of data are encrypted using SSL as permissible under the law. Further, multi-factor authentication has been deployed to ensure authenticity of the user.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
